The Foundation currently receives no funding from the Government. The support we give to burn survivors is much thanks to people up and down the country who decide to fundraise for us. Our fundraisers contribution over the years has been so important, from supermarket bag packs, collections and pub quizzes to obtaining sponsorship for skydives, marathons, triathlons and fun runs. Please get in touch to discuss your fundraising ideas – your support will mean we can continue to make it easier to live with burns and scars.

Organising your own event can be fun and rewarding. It’s a very successful way to fundraise too. Over the years we have had supporters arrange many events, including tea parties, fun runs, charity balls and street collections. If you want to get involved but don’t know where to start, then take a look at the How 2 Fundraise website.
Students of all ages support The Katie Piper Foundation and past fundraisers have included a James Bond evening, a comedy night, fashion shows, non-uniform days, film nights, cake sales and even a variety show. Several higher education colleges running beauty therapy courses – no doubt inspired as Katie herself trained as a hairdresser and beauty therapist – have also fundraised for the Foundation, often by providing treatments with donations being made to the charity. If you are looking for a way to get your School, College or University involved with The Katie Piper Foundation then get in touch with us and we would love to discuss your fundraising ideas with you – or if you are a University student, why not nominate us as you university’s RAG charity!
You can help survivors of burns to push forward with their rehabilitation, by pushing yourself with a personal or group challenge! You can fundraise for survivors by asking for sponsorship to complete a challenge that you know will inspire your friends, family and colleagues to support you. That challenge could be something you can do in your own back yard that will make everyone giggle, or a really serious task, pushing yourself to your absolute limits. We love it when you arrange your own places and choose us to benefit, such as securing a ballot place in marathons.
Whatever you choose, you’ll be supported throughout your experience, and your efforts will be celebrated by us here at The Katie Piper Foundation!

We’re ready to help you help us in any way we can. We have Katie Piper Foundation collection tins to help with fundraising events and we will provide you with a Katie Piper Foundation t-shirt to wear during your event.
We have A3 and A4 poster artwork available for you to print out to use at your event. If this is something you’d like, please contact the Foundation.
We recognise how important Katie is to our fundraising success, and she was honoured to attend several events and activities last year. Unfortunately she is not able to accept the many hundreds of kind invitations, although she does her best to attend as many as she can.
Katie is of course thrilled to see our fundraising activity increasing so strongly. This has allowed us the opportunity to grow our support network, including the KPF Friends, Ambassadors, and other burns survivors. If you would like a Katie Piper Foundation Friend or Ambassador to attend your event, please contact us.
You can help support The Katie Piper Foundation by selling your unwanted goods on eBay for Charity – by listing an item here you can donate anything from 10 to 100% of your final sale price to the Foundation. Or select us as your favourite eBay charity, and you will be given the option to make a small donation to us every time you make a purchase on eBay. To do this, visit our charity page and click on “Save as Favourite”.
