If you are an adult survivor of burns or a friend, family member or carer please call us on 0300 365 0055 or send text or WhatsApp to Johanne on 07496 827266.  We’re open from 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday. We are a small team and will try our best to answer your call.  If we aren’t able to do that, please leave a message and we’ll get back to you as soon as possible.

If you are an NHS caregiver, supporting a survivor with an insurance claim, you are so welcome to call the above number to hear more about how we can help, get advice from us, or give us your thoughts on how we can help you to help survivors.

Press and media enquries: As a small team, focused on providing direct support to our clients, we do not have a press officer.  The charity does not provide comment on news items, case studies or access to individuals to be interviewed for media content.  We also cannot share whether we are involved in supporting specific individuals due to confidentiality.

Research projects:  We are not able to assist with school projects.  We will do our best to help where possible with other projects which are relevant to the services we provide, but if you do not hear back from us, please presume that we are unable to assist.  This is because we need to focus on providing direct support to individuals.
